Career opportunities at The Big Lot Car Credit in Kansas City, MO

Join the team at The Big Lot Car Credit

We hire people who can sit across from a customer having a rough month and treat them well. That counts for more here than a polished sales record. The Big Lot Car Credit is a Kansas City business run out of Prospect Avenue, small enough that what you do is visible and what you fix gets noticed.

Roles on our team cover sales, account servicing, reconditioning, detail, lot and inventory work, and front office support. Because the financing happens under this roof, most people end up understanding both halves of the business, which is useful experience wherever you go afterward.

We pay competitively, we train, and we promote from inside whenever we can. If you are reliable, patient, and comfortable explaining the same thing three different ways until it lands, you will do well with us.

Use the form below to tell us the kind of work you are after. We read every one and will reach out if there is a fit.
