Very pleased with the truck.Service was excellent and fast. Lupe my salesman is the best. I recommend him anytime , I have a brand new car but was looking for a truck for light hauling. If you are out looking for a vehicle check out BIG LOTS and Lupe you want be disappointed.

I was looking for a Chevy traverse and couldn't nobody help at a price I could afford. Big lot didn't take me threw no hoops, no hurdles to get what I wanted. Great place.

Great place to get a car from , didn't nobody have a Chevy traverse on they but big car lot. And had penalty to choose from.

The salesman that sold me my car was great. He possessed great customer service skills. Very informative, patient and answered all of my questions. I was able to look at as many cars as i needed to before making a decision. Great customer service overall
